Wholesale & B2B Orders
All wholesale and custom orders are shipped within 45 days of order confirmation. Shipping timelines may vary based on order size and customization requirements.

We offer flexible shipping options based on your needs:
- Sea Freight (DDP) – Delivered Duty Paid. All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are covered by us, so you receive your goods with no additional charges upon delivery.
- Air Freight – Available for time-sensitive orders.
- Customer-Arranged Freight (BOA) – Customers may arrange their own freight forwarder. Please provide your forwarder's details upon order confirmation, and we will coordinate pickup from our warehouse accordingly.

Shipping costs are not included in product prices. A freight quote will be provided upon order confirmation, based on order quantity and destination.

A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to all wholesale orders. Please contact us for details.

Retail Orders (U.S. & Europe)
Retail orders are shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

- United States & Europe: Free shipping on orders over $300
- Orders under $300 are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout
