Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Retail Orders
Retail orders ship within 5–15 business days of purchase.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders ship within 45 calendar days of order confirmation. Any changes to this timeline will be communicated and agreed with you before payment.
Sample & Custom Orders
For sample and custom orders, availability and the estimated dispatch date will be confirmed before payment.
These timeframes refer to dispatch, not delivery. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method.
Retail Shipping Rates
For retail orders shipped to the United States and Europe, orders over $300 qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges for orders of $300 or less are calculated at checkout.
Wholesale Shipping & Freight
Shipping costs are not included in wholesale product prices. A freight quote will be provided based on order quantity, destination, and shipping method. Freight charges will be confirmed before payment.
Available freight options include:
- Sea Freight (DDP): We cover import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees under the agreed DDP quote, with no additional import charges due upon delivery.
- Air Freight: Available for time-sensitive orders. Pricing and estimated transit times will be included in your quote.
- Customer-Arranged Freight: You may use your own freight forwarder. Please provide their details when confirming your order so we can coordinate warehouse pickup. Freight costs and any applicable import charges are your responsibility under this option.
Wholesale Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities apply to wholesale orders and vary by product. Please contact us to confirm the applicable MOQ before ordering.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and Europe. For other destinations, please contact us to confirm availability and request a shipping quote before payment.
